Lisa Spoden is a prestigious interior decorator, design professional, and licensed luxury real estate agent based in Southeast Florida. Originating from Washington, DC, with a background as a high-powered healthcare executive, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to her design practice. Her portfolio includes the meticulous design and decoration of physician’s offices, urgent care centers, and medical office buildings across her career.

Beyond healthcare environments, Lisa has undertaken diverse projects such as estate interiors,  home remodeling,  renovations, fireplaces, staging, outdoor living areas, indoor and outdoor kitchens, as well as expertise in tile flooring, wall tiles, and backsplashes, among other specialties.

Known for her adeptness across a broad spectrum of design styles, Lisa crafts living and working spaces that authentically reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles. Lisa’s achievements extend beyond her design career; she holds the honorary title of Kentucky Colonel and is recognized in the Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals. Educationally, Lisa holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in Health Services Administration, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and Business Administration. Alongside her husband world cup Polo Player Tareq Salahi, Lisa resides in Delray Beach, FL, where they nurture their shared passion for travel, sourcing unique elements from around the globe to enrich her design projects.

Anna Wilding is recognized as a global visionary and stands as a beacon of innovation and creative leadership in the United States and Internationally. Her stunning eye and her work, across multiple mediums, exemplifies in terms of design or any visual medium a unique ability to unite diverse elements into cohesive, harmonious spaces, events and visuals, and hit or create cultural  moments that resonate globally.

 Anna's career, marked by a series of high-profile creative and executive roles showcases a relentless pursuit of creative excellence and a profound impact creating some of the most visual and aesthetic trends of our time including her innate ability to skillfully bring clients stories to life.  Anna Wilding is cited as "truly mutli talented"  and "iconic" by mainstream press.  

Ms Wilding is a USA dual citizen and her journey, and her career is full of many creative and executive triumphs. Anna's  expertise  and skill set spans the entire spectrum of design including but not limited to interior design,  art galleries, art direction, production design, interior decorating, directing,  set design and decoration, and more. Anna underscores her work in interior design and decorating with diverse capability and international flair. Ms Wilding's lived and professional experience  in multiple  cultures -including London, Australia, Europe, Asia and Africa , has enabled her to lead teams  in the United States and across multiple countries bringing a truly international perspective to the world of art  culture and design. 

Ms Wilding's work is elevated, timeless, classic with nods to modern art and pop culture  and bridges ages, cultures and belief systems. Her work includes the meticulous  refurbishment,  interior design and decoration of  estates, houses, art galleries, sailboats, dentist offices, gallery and museum exhibits, film sets, conferences , sound and theatrical stages, kitchens, exterior patios, commercial interiors and more. Ms Wilding  has a well versed understanding of historic and contemporary  structure , brings antiques to life and believes in the evolution of architecture and design .

Anna Wilding studied Interior Design at the International Design Institute in New York   and holds  dual Corporate Governance certificates from Wharton and UCLA . In addition Ms Wilding has an award wining film career. In addition to design and art direction Anna's work as Still Photographer and  as Artist  hangs in private collections throughout the globe  and has shown in Museums  and galleries worldwide from Italy to NY, Los Angeles to Hong Kong.  Anna has worked directly with some of the biggest names and  biggest brand names  in our world today.

Anna Wilding was hired to write the Keynote speech on creativity and design for the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood Los Angeles  for the International Designers Conference and Award held in Europe. that year.

James Sved stands as a distinguished national figure in the realm of architecture, restoration, preservation, and scholarship. His career, spanning over three decades, showcases a profound dedication to safeguarding and revitalizing our architectural heritage. Colleagues like S. D. Williams regard him as a visionary, whose professional journey is an exemplar of excellence and integrity, treating every individual with utmost respect and kindness. 

In 2004, James received the prestigious National Preservation Honor Award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation for his remarkable work on the Main Street Station in Richmond, Virginia which featured on National Postage stamps in 2023.  Following this, in 2005, he was honored with the Virginia Outstanding Individual Award for Historic Preservation, further solidifying his impact within the field. The Richmond History Makers award in 2019 was a testament to his ongoing contributions to preserving the United States rich historical tapestry.

Mr. Sved has been a project principal for a leading Naval defense contractor, museums,  major universities, large churches, municipalities, federal agencies, state and local governments, guiding significant projects with a clear vision and an innovative approach throughout the United States. Mr. Sved’s expertise in architecture, interiors,  exteriors, and historic architecture transforms award-winning projects that balance aesthetic integrity with contemporary functionality. His work as a Preservation

Planner for the for the Town of Palm Beach, Florida and the City of Petersburg, Virginia, underscore his ability to engage communities in valuing and protecting their heritage.

Mr. Sved’s academic contributions as a lecturer at Virginia Commonwealth University enriched the educational landscape, imparting valuable knowledge on architecture and preservation to future generations. His tenure in various project management roles showcased his ability to lead complex restoration and construction projects, from the revitalization of Richmond’s Main Street Station to the enhancement of educational and cultural institutions, and the first major restoration of Addison Mizner’s Memorial Fountain, in Palm Beach.

Mr. Sved is  a distinguished member of The Explorer's Club and is an Honorary Kentucky Colonel. James grew up in New York City earned his degrees from the University of Virginia and Randolph-Macon College.
